Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
- Products that have been individually manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. personalized pens or cards)
- Print-on-demand products (e.g., books) that are only printed after an order is received, once production has begun.
